IMPORTANT NOTICE
Orders placed before Monday 16 March may include a returns form referencing the DPD returns portal. As we have recently updated our returns process, please disregard this instruction and instead submit your return using our Returns Portal powered by Loop.

At Turnbull & Asser, your satisfaction is paramount. With our free return service, you can easily return most products within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered, ensuring any accessories and documents you received with your order are included.

Please note all Made to Measure shirts and monogrammed items are non-refundable.

Items purchased in-store can only be returned at a T&A store, while online purchases should only be sent back to our warehouse, following the "How to return" guidelines below.  

If you need to return a gift, please follow the steps below. We suggest informing the person who gave you the gift, as the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

To request and ship your return:

1. Prepare your parcel by carefully packing the items in the original order box or similar packaging. Complete the printed Return Form and place it inside the package before sealing.

2. Submit your return through our Loop Returns Portal. Enter your order number and postcode to generate your return. Once completed, you will be able to print a pre-paid DPD Local return label, and you will also receive a copy of the return label via email.

3. Drop your parcel off at your nearest DPD Local location free of charge.

To request and ship your return:

  1. Prepare your parcel by carefully packing the item(s) in the original order box or similar packaging. Complete the printed Return Form and place it inside the package before sealing.
  2. Visit our Returns Portal powered by Loop, follow the instructions and print the prepaid DHL return label, then affix it to the front of the parcel. Please ensure any previous delivery labels are removed or fully covered to avoid confusion.

3. Contact DHL to schedule a collection or drop your parcel off at your nearest DHL location free of charge.

Please note that exchanges are unavailable for online orders at this time. However you can easily return any product free of charge for a full refund and place a new order at your convenience.

Refunds will be issued against the original payment method. Currently, we do not offer store credit for online purchases. If you paid with Klarna's Pay Later option and returned part of your order, Klarna will automatically update your invoice once we process your refund.

Refunds will be made within 7-10 working days of receiving your return in accordance with the terms and conditions of your payment method provider.

Please note that if any international duties and taxes were paid at your delivery destination, these charges are non-refundable.
